Packages are generally dispatched within 1- 2 days after receipt of payment. Orders placed before 4:00p.m. will begin processing the next business day. Business days include Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will begin processing on Monday.
We currently ship to Cyprus and Europe (including non-European countries) with ACS Courier, AKIS Express and DHL courier. We offer complementary ground shipping on all orders delivered within Cyprus. For all other countries we offer a flat rate of 20€ for each order.
When we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and estimated delivery.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible to pay for all custom duties and taxes. If you are not familiar with the extra charges applied by your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing your order.
As we are well known about our quality and perfect fit of the clothing lines we are carrying, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please read our Return Guidelines below:
- The clothes and/or accessories must be returned to us within 8 days of the delivery date for domestic orders and 16 days for international orders.
- The clothes and/or accessories must be in their new, unused condition with all tags attached. If an item is stained, has odors or pin marks will not be accepted.
- To ensure that items are sufficiently protected in transit, make sure you use the original package to send them back to us.
- Your package must include the receipt or proof of purchase and also the Return/Exchange Form stating clearly whether you wish a credit to be issued or an exchange with another piece of clothing of a different size/color.
- Credit Notes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Please note that you can use your own carriage for returns and you will have to pay for the fees. Return to the following address:

Please note that we do not accept returns on products that have been purchased on discount prices.
Once your return has been received and accepted, we will inspect it and notify you. Your credit note will be send to you electronically to the email you have given to us when you placed the order. The amount of the credit will exclude the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
The amount of you credit will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
